Anuoluwapo Akinola has over ten years’ experience working with young children, and creating awareness on the importance of Early Childhood Education. Currently, she is the Center Director and founder of Xtraokids Childcare Centre, where she leads a team providing custodial care and educational services to children under five years old, and spearheads the pop-up crèche – an off-site center, which supports women participating in professional, religious or social events by providing mobile day care services to them.
Anuoluwapo volunteers her time by engaging children in her community during summer in various life skills. She is a facilitator, training childcare givers with skills necessary for working with young children. She also works as an Educational Consultant and Early Childhood Specialist, helping with the establishments and setup of Early Childhood Centers in Nigeria. Kitted with the gift of interior design, she loves to design beautiful child friendly spaces for young children. She was recently awarded the Mandela Washington Fellowship by the US government, under the Young African Leader Initiative (YALI).
Segun Abodunrin is a marketing strategist with a special focus on building digitally responsible businesses. A strong supporter of the impact investing model (making profit whilst also solving a commercial problem). He is motivated by solving problems in Nigeria and Africa by focusing on critical sectors that have the opportunity to scale across the African region.

Oluwafeyisayo Ogundipe is a make-up artist whose love for makeup and beauty stems from a desire to make people better, feel better and look better. Feyisayo has distinguished herself with her art, creating abstract body art with special effects. She constantly enjoys to push the boundaries of makeup and creating looks that are out of the norm. She is definitely not just any other makeup artist.
Feyzo! as she is popularly known, has over 10 years’ experience in makeup altogether but has focused more on body art and special effects in the last 5 years. In the space of time, she has enjoyed training females, young and old in makeup artistry and application. She has volunteered as an instructor at the Harvest House Christian Center Skill Acquisition program, training over 21 women. She has also volunteered on more than one occasion, teaching mothers of Xtrao Kids school, Tender Oaks School.
Feyisayo also volunteers as a makeup instructor at La Femme Extraordinaire, a conference focused on women with over 200 women in attendance. She also was a volunteer instructor at the Activate Youth Camp, 2015. She makes it a point of duty to train at least 5 young females for free every year. In her own words, she realizes that she is the happiest when she helps others to achieve their dreams and pursue their life’s purpose.

Fedora Organics is a new line of purely natural and organic makeup, it prides itself in the use of purely organic ingredients, most of which are locally sourced. It has released 2 variants of lip balms and there is a promise of new releases in lip products as well as foundations, powder, eye shadow, eyeliner and a whole range of skin care products.
Feyzo! enjoys music almost more than she enjoys makeup. She loves to sing and listen to music. She is a music minister at the local assembly where she worships and is the Music Director there. She also enjoys reading. She particularly finds pleasure in taking on challenges, especially in the area of music and makeup.
