Hope’s behaviour reminds me of my daughter’s when she met her father. in fact, i felt like you wrote today’s post from my head – like you wrote my experience from A-Z. This is an expected emotional response displayed by Hope. She just needs the right guidance from her mother.

i think telling Hope all the bad things her father and his family did will do more harm than good. It’s best to let her find out for herself since it’s not as if relating with her father poses any threat to her.
