View CommentI tried to purchase the book but I couldn’t cos my phone and laptop are not compatible with Kindle. My consolation however is that I read the book on your blog before you published but I know i’ll be one of those who’ll purchase the hard cover. All the best.

View CommentI tried Okada when Amazon failed. I was told I had to install the app first. I tried to install it but the response I got was “can’t find device”. Compatibility issues I guess.
